How to order ?


  1. All orders must be written. 3 different ways to do it:
    • Send us your inquiry by email (with code items, description, size, color, quantities), then we will send you back our invoice and will ask you to proceed to 80% deposit payment of the amount of your order by bank transfer.
    • Download, complete and send us back our order form, then we will send you back our invoice and will ask you to proceed to 80% deposit payment of the amount of your order by bank transfer. Download our order form now
    • Order your products online, we will send you back our invoice and will ask you to proceed to 80% deposit payment of the amount of your order by bank transfer.
  2. After validation of your order, we will inform you about the estimate shipping costs and possibilities, the production schedule and terms of payment.
  3. Depending on your order we will ask you 80% deposit payment to start the production.
  4. When the production will be finished we will prepare the packaging and send it to our cargo.After the quotation of our cargo we will ask you for the second payment: the shipping costs + the balance payment.
  5. Shipment and transfer of all the documents (Tracking Number, Air Way Bill...).

We will give you all the information you are requesting during the process and we can insure you that all your emails will be reply within 24 hours.


The minimum order should be 500 USD.

The payment must be made by Bank transfer.

The other ways are:

  • Western union.
  • Paypal online Payment.

For Western union and Paypal payments, there are additional fees of 5% from the total amount.

Minimum order per items:

  • Fashion wear: 10 pcs per style per colour (mixed sizes possible).
  • Jewelry: 30 pcs per style. (10 pcs per colors).
  • Silver Jewelry: 10 pcs per style.
  • Handbags: 12 pcs per style. (4 pcs per color).
  • Sandals: 12 pcs per style. (mixed sizes possible / 4 pcs per color).

Run by both European and Indonesian managers since quite a long time, we are perfectly aware of habits and customs practised in this part of the world.

We can therefore impose selective criterias and expect an excellent work from our very qualified craftsmen.

Our range of products is corresponding to american/european standard. It is on our best interest to have repeat customers, so you can be sure that we will control all your products pieces per pieces as our quality control is very detailled.


All items are handmade, lead time of production may vary depend on the quantity, but we will need on average 2-4 weeks. If we finished the production earlier we will inform you in case of any delay as well.


The shipping costs will depend on your location and on the total weight/volume of you order.

Less than 45 Kgs:
By Door to Door service: Fedex/UPS/DHL/TNT
Time of delivery: Between 3 and 6 days.
Good for jewellery and small sample orders less than 30 Kgs.
For more than 30 Kgs it is more interesting to order more than 45 Kgs, so we can send by Air Cargo: much cheaper.

Between 45 and 200 Kgs -500 Kgs:
By Door toAirport: Air Cargo.
Time of delivery: 5 days.
This is the best solution for small orders: it is fast, reliable and quiet cheap compared to the Door to Door services.
The minimum weight possible accepted by all the airline companies is 45 Kgs.

More than 200-500 Kgs:
By Door to Port: Sea Cargo - LCL.
Time of delivery: between 1 month to 2 month.
This is a good solution for biggest order and if you are not in a hurry!
The price is by volume, by Cubic Meter (CBM).
The minimum volume possible accepted by all the sea lines companies is 1 CBM.
But the best is really to fill up one full container: It is even more interesting to order a container and to fill it half, than to have 10 CBM by LCL.
Note that by LCL your shipment will have to wait that the container is completely full (mixed with other shipments) to be sent.

20 feet or 40 feet: by Sea.
Time of delivery: 1 month.
This is the best and cheapest solution (for big volumes).
With a full container you are the owner of your container and it is easier to manage it. It is also faster.

Depending on your country you will have to pay some taxes. Every country imposes its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees.

Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes.

To make the taxes lowers we give you the possibitly to make for you a special invoice for the shipping, with the value of the goods divided by 2...


When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible.

After packaging, we will send you by email the balance and shipping cost to pay. Starting from the day we will request the second and final payment, all orders not paid within 3 weeks will be automaticly cancelled without any refunds possible.


Firstly, we will help you with the insurance coverage if needed depend customer requested on shipping method.

If the damaged caused by Ebalibuy , we will refund the amount of damaged as a new credit for your next order.

Claims for negligence with regards to quality of goods must be supported by photos and made within 2 weeks from date of received goods at port of destination.
